Operational Assessments / Audits

An operational assessment is the process of evaluating all key profit-sensitive aspects of an operation from raw material to finished product to identifying areas to improve performance and reduce costs.

BECK has completed these assessments in hardwood and softwood lumber mills, softwood plywood and OSB plants. Areas examined typically include:
